Put a ReviewSetu card on your counter. Customers scan it and tell you how their visit went, in their own words. We tidy it into a few readable sentences — they edit it, then post to Google whenever suits them.
Set up in about five minutes. No WhatsApp Business account, no app for your customers to install.

How it works
Three steps, one of which is yours. Your customer never installs anything, never signs in, and is never pushed — that last part is what keeps your Google listing safe.
One tap for an overall rating, then a few words in whatever language they normally speak. No app, no login, no phone number required.
Not a template and not our opinion — their own answers, arranged into a few readable sentences. They edit it, rewrite it, or scrap it entirely.
Straight to Google there and then, or take the link and do it at home that evening. Most tap post. The ones who don't still get their link.

Edit anything you like — these are your words.
The customer's screen, step 2
Everyone gets the same two buttons — the happy customers and the unhappy ones. Filtering by mood is exactly what Google bans. Unhappy feedback also lands in your inbox within minutes so you can call and fix it, but it never blocks their review.
Where most review tools now break
Most review software still does things Google now treats as rating manipulation. Getting caught means removed reviews, a warning banner, or a suspended profile. Here is what ReviewSetu will not do, even if you ask.
What you get
Download your QR as an A4 standee, a table tent or a counter sticker. Print it yourself, or let Big Vision print and deliver it.
The draft is built strictly from what the customer typed and tapped. It reads like a person, because a person said it.
English, Hindi and Marathi, including Romanised Hinglish. Customers answer however they normally speak.
Scanned, answered, link sent, link opened, posted. You see where people drop off, not a vanity number.
Anything that goes wrong reaches you within minutes, with the customer's number, so you can call before they cool off.
Rate limits, bot checks and daily caps per location, so a leaked link never burns through your monthly reviews.
Pricing
Add more shops whenever you open them. Cancel from the dashboard whenever you want.
100 reviews included every month. That is one every three hours your shop is open — more than most counters will use.
Billed monthly through Razorpay. GST included.
Each shop gets its own card, its own Google listing and its own 100 reviews. Add them during setup or any time after.
Buy extra reviews as you need them. They never expire within the year, and they roll across all your locations.
Big Vision has printed signage in Nashik for thirty years. We can print, laminate and deliver your standees to the shop.
Questions
Yes — because of how it is built. Google allows you to encourage genuine reviews. It prohibits filtering by sentiment, offering incentives, asking for specific content or staff names, and pressuring people to review while they are on your premises. A card a customer chooses to scan is not pressure, and we never take the choice of when to post away from them — that is why both buttons are always there.
No, and this matters. We take what your customer actually typed and tapped and arrange it into readable sentences. The draft cannot mention anything the customer did not say — no invented praise about price, quality or service. They then edit it freely and post it themselves. If they change their mind, nothing gets posted.
No. They scan the card with their normal phone camera and a web page opens. There is no app, no login, and no WhatsApp Business setup on your side either.
They get the same two buttons as everyone else — withholding the Google link would be review gating, which Google bans. Separately, their complaint lands in your dashboard straight away with their contact details, so you can call and fix it. Most unhappy customers who get a real phone call do not post the angry review at all.
Two reasons. Some customers are in a hurry and would otherwise drop out entirely. And when every review for a shop gets posted from the same place within minutes of each other, Google's filters treat the cluster as suspicious and quietly hold reviews back — you would never see an error, the reviews simply would not appear. Letting people post on their own schedule spreads that out naturally, without costing you the customers who are happy to do it on the spot.
No. Each location has its own Google listing, its own card and its own review count, so each one is ₹499 a month. You manage all of them from a single login.
Nothing breaks. You buy a top-up pack from the dashboard — ₹200 for 100 extra, down to ₹1.43 each at volume — and the count resets on the first of the next month regardless.

Find your shop on Google so reviews land on the right listing. This takes about two minutes.
Customers pick whichever of these were actually true for them — including the bad ones. We never suggest an answer.
Each extra location is ₹499 a month and gets its own card and its own 100 reviews.
Your card is ready to print. Put it where people pay — beside the counter, not by the door.
