1. What ReviewSetu does

ReviewSetu gives your business a printed QR card. A customer scans it, answers a few short questions about their visit, and is shown those answers written up as a review they can edit and post to Google themselves — from their own phone, in their own Google account.

We help a customer put their own experience into words. We do not write reviews, post reviews, or obtain reviews on your behalf. Every review is written by a real customer about a real visit, and posted by them.

2. Rules you agree to follow

These are not house style. Google's policies govern the reviews on your listing, and breaking them puts your Google Business Profile at risk, not ours. By using ReviewSetu you agree that you will not:

• offer any customer a discount, free item, entry to a draw, loyalty points or anything else of value in exchange for a review;
• ask a customer for a particular rating, or to mention a particular product, service or member of staff;
• pressure a customer to write a review while they are still on your premises;
• show the card only to customers you expect to be happy, or hide it from customers you expect to be unhappy;
• use the card on a shared tablet, kiosk or shop phone rather than the customer's own device;
• submit feedback yourself, or ask staff, friends or family to submit feedback about visits that did not happen.

If we find an account is being used in any of the ways above, we may suspend it. Where the breach is deliberate we may suspend it immediately and without refund.

3. Your account

• You must be authorised to act for the business and to manage its Google Business Profile.
• You are responsible for what happens under your logins, including any staff you invite. Remove someone as soon as they leave.
• Keep your email address current — it is how we send invoices, receipts and payment warnings.

4. Price, credits and billing

• ₹499 per shop, per month, inclusive of GST. Each shop includes 100 review drafts per month.
• Yearly billing is ₹4,990 per shop — twelve months for the price of ten.
• Included drafts reset on the 1st of each month and do not roll over.
• Extra drafts can be bought as top-ups. Top-ups are valid for 12 months from purchase. Included drafts are always spent before purchased ones.
• Adding a shop increases your subscription accordingly.
• A GST tax invoice is raised on every payment and emailed to you.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.

5. If payment fails

We will email you. Your cards keep working until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, a customer who scans the card is told the shop is out of credits — so it is worth fixing quickly. Nothing is deleted.

6. Cancelling

Cancel any time from Plan & credits in your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. See Refunds & cancellation.

7. What we do not promise

We are honest about this because the alternative is a claim we cannot stand behind:

• We cannot promise you will get more reviews, or a better rating. That depends on your customers, your service, and where you put the card.
• We cannot promise Google will publish or keep any review. Google filters reviews for its own reasons and does not explain them. This is outside our control.
• We do not control Google's policies, which can change, and may require us to change the product at short notice.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service running at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may take it down for maintenance, and depend on third parties (Google, Razorpay, our hosting and email providers) whose outages affect us.

9. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost custom, or any loss arising from action taken by Google against your Business Profile.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop at any time. We may suspend or close an account for non-payment, for a breach of section 2, or where we are required to by law. If we close your account for something other than your breach, we will refund the unused part of any period you have paid for.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to the address on your account at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use ReviewSetu after that means you accept them.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Nashik, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
