ReviewSetu is operated under the Big Vision Marketing brand.
1. If you are a business using ReviewSetu

2. If you scanned a card in a shop
We ask for what you thought of the visit. We do not ask who you are.
What is stored
- Your rating and the options you tapped
- Anything you typed in your own words
- The language you used
- The draft text, and your edited version if you changed it
- A one-way hash of your IP address and browser, used only to stop one person or a script flooding a shop with submissions. The original values are not kept
What is not stored
Your name, phone number, email address, or Google account. We never see them. When you post the review it goes from your own device to your own Google account — it does not pass through us, and we cannot tell whether you posted it unless you tell us.
The one exception
If you say something went wrong, we offer you the option of leaving a phone number so the owner can call you. It is optional, you can leave it blank, and it is shown only to that business. It is the only contact detail in the system.
Your feedback is shown to the business you visited. Because we do not know who you are, a business may still recognise you from what you wrote.
3. Artificial intelligence
Turning your answers into a draft uses an AI model provided by Anthropic. Only your own answers and the type of business are sent. No contact details are sent, because we do not have any. The model is instructed to use only what you actually said and not to invent praise, prices, staff names or details you did not mention. The draft is yours to edit or discard before anything is posted.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not run advertising on it.
5. How long we keep things
- Tax invoices and payment records: 72 months, as required by section 36 of the CGST Act.
- Customer feedback: for as long as the business's account is open, then deleted within 90 days of closure.
- Hashed IP and browser values: 12 months.
- Callback phone numbers: deleted with the complaint once the business marks it resolved, and in any case within 12 months.
6. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, or complain about how we have handled it. Email support@bigvisionmarketing.in and we will reply within 30 days.
If you left feedback in a shop and want it removed, tell us roughly when and where you visited and what you wrote. Because we hold nothing that identifies you, that is the only way we can find it.

7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in readable form. API keys and payment secrets are encrypted at rest. The database is backed up nightly and restores are tested. Access is limited to the people who run the service.
8. Children
ReviewSetu is for businesses and is not directed at children.
9. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will email account holders.
